Azure cost optimization for small and mid-sized companies
I find the money hiding in your Azure bill.
One company’s monthly Azure bill went from $1,426 to $513. That is a 64% reduction, about $11,000 a year, from moving a managed SQL instance to serverless and cleaning up orphaned resources.

Most founders pay for Azure with no one in-house who can read the bill. They see one number on an invoice, and the invoice offers no opinion on whether it should be that number.
Resources get set up for a launch, a test, a deadline. The deadline passes and the resource stays, still billing. Because no one is assigned to notice, a small overcharge is never questioned, and within a year it is simply part of what the business spends.
Three steps, and you can stop after any of them.
Implementation fees scale with the audit’s findings. You approve the implementation quote before any work starts.

Intro call
We talk through your Azure environment. We decide whether there is likely to be anything worth finding.
-
Paid audit
I deliver a Cost Reduction Plan: the specific changes, what each one saves, and how to execute them. The $500 audit fee is payable regardless of findings.
-
Implementation
I take 50% of verified annual savings on the first $10,000 and 30% above that, billed monthly. If the findings aren’t worth pursuing, implementation doesn’t start, the engagement ends there, and any smaller observations are passed on for free.
